I bought a pair of Recaro SPG replicas (New) and had them recovered in houndstooth. Only the centers were done in houndstooth, the bolsters have the original stretchable fabric. Just mounted 1 seat for trial but in the end decided to go another direction. The fit is great (I’m 5’10”, 160) and the height was just right. I made aluminum adapter plates to mount in a 74-89 car and had them powdercoated black. Please note these are replicas, NOT REAL Recaros, no FIA sticker or anything. Very light. I’m in Orange County, CA and prefer not to ship at this time. $650 for the pair. I had my door panels done RS-style with the same fabric and these look awesome in the car! please note although the brackets made (easily) are for 911 74-89, these are side mounts and can fit any car with the proper mounting brackets.
