Everything was done EXCEPT FOR THE RINGS AND MAIN BEARINGS (Completely resealed / new valve stem seals / head is straight).
-New timing chain AND pads
-New Metal J tube with new copper crush washers
-Lindsey racing oil pan baffle
-Cleaned/flow tested fuel injectors - (sent to Witchhunter Performance)
-Painted valve cover (Black POR15 high temp paint was used)
-New clutch componentry (Everything minus the Pressure Plate/Clutch/Throwout bearing). New Needlebearings, guide tube.
-New Rennbay copper exhaust manifold nuts. - exhaust manifold is attached
-The Engine comes with the DME/Intake/Exhaust Manifold/AFM. The intake manifold is NOT attached.
Things that it needs:
-Two or three new rollers (all of the other rollers are new!)
-New Timing/Balance Shaft belt (the belts are new, but the engine sat in a shop for two years...New TB/BS is on there but I would still change it due to age)
-New Oil Pressure Sending unit (current one has a stud that is broken)
More Information:
- One of the intake manifold lines crumbled when the engine was taken apart. I would change them all anyways if you have the engine out.
- Engine wiring harness is a little worn but is still usable.
- The engine was rebuilt and intended to be put back into a project car. The engine sat in its current state for about two years in a shop. All of the ports were closed but the outside of the block is a little dusty.
- I can easily do a compression and a leakdown test under request.
- Engine had ~130,000 Miles prior to rebuild
Pickup only - engine is located in Northeastern CT. Again, this comes with the intake manifold, oil dipstick tube, exhaust manifold, wiring harness, DME and AFM, all covers, all stock pulleys, distributor +wires, and the Alternator bracket. Many of these things are not shown in the pictures For a little bit extra, I will gladly include the 16V airbox and semi-rebuilt alternator (new voltage regulator!).
