Default FS: PCCB Yellow 6 piston calipers - MINT!!!

Category: Brakes
Price (no $ sign please): $1650
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (select ONLY those which apply): 911, 996, 997
Location (Region): Midwestern
Item Condition: Used

I have an extra set of MINT condition 997 GT2/GT3 PCCB 6 piston front calipers for sale. I had these as a spare set. These calipers were removed from a 2010 997 GT3 RS with less that 1000 miles on the clock. They have absolutely zero track use or nicks/scratches of any kind. The only way to get a cleaner set is to buy a new pair.

The part numbers are 997.351.431.92 and 997.351.432.92. Mounting hardware is included. The mounting bolt spacing is 225mm and the calipers are designed for 380mm rotors. Each caliper has 6 pistons with ceramic zircon inserts. These calipers will fit any 996/997 GT2/GT3/Turbo. The 996/997 Turbo cars will need to use the Porsche 997 Turbo bracket that comes on the PCCB cars. The brackets can be purchased at any Porsche dealer. The piston area of these calipers is 17% less than the 996 GT3 calipers thus giving a nice firm pedal. Retail is over $1200 each.

Price is $1650 plus $40 shipping insured CONUS. Buyer pays Paypal fees.

Got your PM with your VIN. I'll check with my parts guy to see if these would bolt up to your uprights. I'm pretty sure that you have the same 4 piston 146mm bolt spacing calipers that come on the 996TT in which case these would bolt up using the Porsche 997TT adapter bracket. That's what I use on my car.

Stopping real well now.... Our track (HPR) is very hard on brakes. I changed over to the 997GT3 380/350 system at the end of last year. I use Giro 380/350mm floating rotors, PFC 08 pads, Endless RF650 fluid, and the 997 GT3 brake master cylinder. Brake pedal firmness, feel, and modulation are a day and night difference compared to the popular but rather mushy 6 piston 996GT3 350/350 set up. One of the biggest benefits with this set up besides thermal capacity is the fact that it shifts the brake bias to the rear by about 10% compared to the stock 996TT system. Cooling wise, in the front I run the 996GT3 Cup ducts and in the rear I run the 996GT2 brake ducts in addition to using the 997GT2 rear under tray which has NACA ducts and air guides that direct further air to the rear rotors.

I did my research and retrofit is possible on a Carrera 3.6 but involves replacing the front wheel carriers. So, I'll pass on these. Thanks.

1) Yes, these are factory 997 GT2/GT3 calipers

2) Porsche does not sell the aluminium hubs separately, only as part of the whole PCCB rotor assembly. Sorry....

Any idea for the cost of conversion brackets (adapters) in order to upgrade these calipers for my existing spindle and where I can get them.
Thanks

The brackets are a OEM Porsche part and can be purchased through any Porsche dealer. They are a little over $120 each if I recall correctly. I can get them very easily also through my parts guy..

Are you talking about the rotor hat that attached to disc, if so may I ask what you intend to accomplish.
