6" JL Audio,These were out of a 964 Turbo that had a Very High End Macintosh Stereo, the sit behind seats of any 911, you may need to secure somehow with Velcro or bracket, there is a left & right, one would be sufficient, These are Expensive to build.

I'm interested, possibly in both, however I can't for the life of me visualize these in the rear of a 993/964 series coupe. Any pictures? Or further details?

Come on, would I lie? Here it is in my 930 with the seat all the way forward (1st 2 pics), Here's is another I'll sell for $500 shipped in my 87 3.8(3rd & 4th pics) last pic is a 4'' I'll keep, I had that in a 993tt & I put the set way back.

Are the speakers in enclosures?
The one in your '87 is playing free air.

The first & second pictures in post # 4 show a (JL Audio) speaker mounted to a grey colored baffle. The baffles shape and or architecture appears to have a random relationship to the rear seat dimension of the 911 coupe.
Go figure... Had these grey baffle/speakers been designed originally for an other cars interior?
