Default Panamera advice

Am usually on the 930 forum, but when my BMW was in for oil change dealer had taken a 2010 Panamera S in on trade...nice looking, drives well, well options with heated/cooled seats, park assist/cam, dark wood trim, sport chrono, air suspension,etc...yachting blue over light grey leather...think cost new was about 110k...they are asking 55.9k, and I am having a PPI done later this week...it has 25k miles on it, and it looks less than a year old...local car, dude owns BMWs too...any red flags if PPI good? Thanks in advance fellas...Hal

I would NOT hesitate one second. To my eyes you got all the best options.
..But try to make it CPO via a P dealer. It's going to cost you, but imo, ..less than if you have one single problem, till 2016 (CPO is good to 6 years, or 100k miles) !!
(On mine, also a 2010 P4S, till now, I got two problems, i.e.: coolant pipes, and later secondary DFI pump, beside the P road side assistance, without CPO, this would have been VERY expensive !)

Clean CarFax and title as well as PPI is all you can have done. If in addition to that the car drives well and you have a relationship with the selling dealer you should be good. Pricing seems reasonable. Should also check that all recalls / service bulletins have been applied. I have a 2011 CPO 4S and love it, a few small issues that I have had rectified, but great car overall. Only concern might be 2010 was the first model year, but 2010 owners do not seem to have any special issues really.

Just update, after wishing all a merry Christmas, is that I did get the car...PPi checked out great! and they felt the PDK shifted as good as any 2010 they had been in. Car is immaculate, engine bay looks like it has 500 miles on it...I will post some pics of my 1/3 to the "benefits of higher learning" poster we all had as teens....H
