Better option is a simpler car IMO.

No kidding a 928 owner likes it;-)

Interior is scary. That's what I imagine the interior of a Cylon spaceship looking like.

Key shaped like the car is juvenile.

Why? I think it's nice that they're maybe not taking themselves quite as seriously as they used to.

As for the buttons: I'm a gadget freak...my FX has all the toys and the dash looks like the freakin' Bridge on the Starship Enterprise, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I also like BMW's iDrive.

Buttons? Bring 'em on.

I suspect build quality will be superior over the QP. QP's quality sucks royally and I would rather have quality over looks. Yeah the QP has fancy stuff covering up the crap and a nice Engine that cost a boat load to repair not to mention constant clutch issues.

I can't wait to see the Panamera in person so I can make a decision. Too much disguise and quick angle views to get a real feel for it yet.

The A/S8 is a great car won't argue with you there but now we are talking a boat of car and are designed for different markets.

FWIW, I was invited by Maseratti to a private track day at Road Atlanta (last year) to drive (thrash) their new cars.
They mentioned that they are providing a new clutch to all owners as a 'goodwill warranty' item.

The interior leather was gorgeous, the engine and exhaust note was all Ferrari and the gearbox in sport mode was a bit harsh IMHO. Not a bad car.

I finally figured out why this thing is so fugly. They are trying to make look like a combo of every Porsche in the current line up. They should have gone with a totally new design. Looks like a 911 limo

Gee, I don't see headlights so how can they flash when you push the lock / unlock buttons like on the Cayenne? LOL.
