The C has all kinds of performance and user tech that the mustang wont have. And theres no comparison to any amg engine. It is just a matter of what you think is better. Drive around in both of them a few times and see if you find the difference. My brother drives a big 4x4 and he says thats a better car

I would get the GT 350, but that's because I have a C63 AMG.
However, I think they are two very different types of cars. The GT 350 is much more track focused and runs on R compound Pilot Sport Cups. It's not going to be a great daily driver if you live in a place that gets cold or gets a lot of rain.
