I don't think I'm forgetting any Porsche's...
Just got an 04' Cooper S...it will be my winter 'beater' 6 speed and ftw...lots of fun for fwd, still feels like a drivers car. Had an Audi s8 for 2 weeks before the M.C which was to be used as a winter car...I hated it so much (test drive was fun, but after 200 miles of every day driving I realized how big it was, no feel, just not me).
I hear the new 1 & 2 series are going to have an AWD option, I'm thinking to get a 135 or 235 M spec car with AWD. Not a true M car, but quick and lots of M bits; with a manual it should be a hoot.

Race Car
Never been much of a BMW guy - but that 85 M6 is sweet and someone here has a 1M Coupe?? Would love to see some photos of that - Quite a rare car and if i'm not mistaken it's value has already appreciated....

Three Wheelin'
I have an E28 M5, bought new in Jan 1989, with 178,000 miles on it, as a daily driver. Frank Fahey, San Diego BMW guru, rebuilt it for me in 2001, about 80,000 miles ago. This car has had everything done to it short of a turbo, and is a blast to drive. I don't have enough confidence in my dealer to buy a new BMW, and the cars don't do much for me either.
