Doesn't seem like anything international is going on here. I am fluent in Italian, and decent in Spanish, German and Albanian. French is harder for me, only because of the harsh accents and especially the nasal Parisian accent, but love the country and especially Paris. Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
