CJ what is with the different ride heights for the 2 Caymans? The difference strikes me as odd....

What does MR stand for?
I've read the following:
"The “GT4” specification denotes a competition specification for sports cars, as noted by the Stephane Ratel Organization (SRO). Rather than meeting specific performance targets like horsepower or weight, parity in GT4 is measured in a testing environment by a control driver with a target lap time. Based on the outcomes, adjustments are made with regard to power, weight, and other items. These cars include race versions based on mass-produced sports cars like the Mustang and Porsche Cayman as well as niche sports cars like the KTM X-Bow."
How often are things adjusted? Per track / race or time period?
How does the Cayman fair against it's competitions, does it have a lot of 'mod penalties' compared to say a Mustang 350R?

MR stands for Manthey Racing, the people who finish the build out.
The BOP gets adjusted as needed, if you will. It's not set, but if a car is dominant people can protest it and if a car is slow the team can petition for improvements to speed them up. It's a season long process.
The Caymans won last year. They are winning this year. Seems they fare pretty well.

Hopefully they slow down the Mustangs a little bit.
Looking forward to Sebring!

We get IMSA race in August at VIR. Pirelli World Challenge coming in April which should be good too. Agree the MR GT4 car looks very good! Interesting to hear how the 22mm wicker drags the car down 3-5mph at Daytona.
Have first DE event of the season this weekend!
