Precisely. Just needs another layer of sheetrock—and no texture. Would be a cool detail to build into the right house.

meh, architects dont really know very much and i speak from experience.
half of the time i have no idea how to lay out the studs or what i really meant when i drew the details hahahaha... if window roof leaks, pls call the superior being up there, it is NOT my fault.
