Richard we set out to hit certain goals with this product. Price point, ease of installation, and visibility. We have accomplished what we set out to do and these are a successful venture for us. If you personally don't like this product or it's design, don't buy it. I would appreciate if you kept your insulting, negative criticisms based off a subjective personal opinion to yourself. We have been in this industry for near 25 years, and are R&D facility and tooling is more than impressive. Feel free to come by any time and i'd be happy to give you a personal tour and an inside look at the passion that drives us.

Wind tunnels average about $2000/hr to rent, and we don't have one local to us. We also were out to offer a more cost effective solution for GT4 owners, so rather than the exorbitant R&D costs of a wind tunnel we sent a few sets out to some clients of ours that run their GT4's on track. They liked them, and said it gave a nice bit more rear downforce that can be complimented by removing the front inserts for increased front downforce. They like them, we like them, and everyone that runs them likes them too haha. Join the party!

You don't need a wind tunnel, you just need teamwork and thought to provide leading edge product, so lets run through your product design process & solution vs the much better alternative. You can't tell us that your product is 50% cheaper to design and install than the Salter one, you simply didn't think about it well enough as usual, I hope you can move on ...

Hey Alan! Was wondering when you'd show up haha. What you should have said was "Nice to see an exhaust manufacturer state they have no wind tunnel aero data on a set of track tested $495 wing risers". Let's be fair and keep things in perspective. When we have top quality drivers test and tell us they are great, and we've sold out of every batch we've made with nothing but great feedback from everyone running them...we're not going to rent out a wind tunnel and increase the costs of the wind risers for our clients. They are right where they should be, and are an excellent bang for the buck mod

John,
You first eluded to your R&D. Then you stated the cost of wind tunnel time and not wanting to spend the money. Finally you gave the parts to a few people stating they were good/effective. Did I miss something on 'hard aero data'?
You are at a good price point for raising the wing.

I guess the butt Dyno is a good substitute for real data.
These look like something a teenager would buy at pep boys for his civic. If you're marketing to guys with enough disposable income for a six figure toy, at least make it look like it isn't a tacked on part.

Richard, we have spoken about moving forward to new heights with our company and our products. As stated previously, while a customer had his GT4 in for work he requested a solution to raise his wing during track days that could be reverted to stock at any time. We crafted this design to retain an appearance similar to the factory wing riser. You're comparing our risers to the Salter design which is not apples to apples. My hats off to Salter Aero, their product is beautiful but our objective was never to craft a complete replacement. We've stated we did not have the capabilities to wind test this product and provide what we knew would be expected data - we are backing the ease of replacement, price, and very well know the market may lean more towards complete solutions from companies who are pushing the limits of their aero on the track. We supplied a few sets to a competitive race team who tested them at Sebring International Raceway. Here’s our product and people are free to love it, hate it, discuss it, and offer input for improvement – we’re listening.
It is presumptuous to suggest that we're asleep at the wheel here and not focused on providing quality solutions. We just spent a long time refining our 991 GT3 Long Tube Competition Race Header System - and we're confident we produced an outstanding header that makes great power. We're evaluating components that we started offering over a decade ago to improve them. We have our header muffler kits on a considerable number of RWB cars and we are now working with a few owners to offer a bespoke solution to offer an aggressive but refined sound. John Gaydos is practically awake 24-7 to serve Rennlist owners with anything they need. I just ask that you move forward with us.

And I prefer to be able to remove the risers when needed, cant match the price/function ratio on any comparative products out there.
Nice Job Fabspeed
