I opened the box and attempted to charge it with my ctek lithium xs charger and it charged ok. Then I turned it off after a few hours. When I restarted the charger the next morning, battery had gone into undercharged protection mode and was flashing green and red. Can't get the ctek charger to recharge despite pressing the reset button for 10 secs to override UP mode.

Is battery ****ed or is charger ****ed? Thanks
