Any more GT4 Allocations?
#3
I just found one configurable allocation but dealer asking $15k over.
I also found two canceled order, car will be deliver to dealer in May but dealer ask $12k over. One of them is already been discussed at another thread. https://rennlist.com/forums/gt4/9265...available.html
They all CA dealers, it figures.

New allocations...probabt not.
What people are finding are either existing allocations that freed up to cancelled orders and/or dealer freeing allocations they were holding hostage. I would just keep an ear to the ground but also wouldn't expect msrp allocations to be falling from the sky (regardless of what you see on the forum).
Just my $.02

The music appears to be close to stopping on the GT4s...... better find your seat (LWB if possible) or you will be out of the game!

^ Interesting. They made a 2016 991 GT3 but I heard only 60 came to US. Would be surprising if they would make another 600 GT4s for the US. They would struggle to sell them in my opinion. It would over-saturate the market and very unlike Porsche to do this with their "GT" cars.
I guess time will tell but when i spoke with someone high up(higher up than a dealer) they emphatically laughed( when asked if there were more allocations forthcoming) and said they are all done and so will be the Spyders.

600 is a lot just for the US.

This is very good news if it actually materialized. And if it became reality, more PTS possible?

now that I have mine - prefer no 17 GT4s

I agree, 600 seems like it would saturate the US market and we would see them sitting. Maybe that was the plan all along, but while there are a few still waiting/wanting for the GT4, I don't see that number being 600. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
