Sigh, somebody was evidently so confused about Porsche's options that they ordered a GT4 with not only a SIM card slot that is practically useless in the US unless you really want your car to have its own phone number, but also a literal, physical car phone, which can't even be used unless you opt to use the near-useless SIM card slot....

@gmaki, just out of curiosity how many other poor saps have ordered the Bluetooth handset?

Is this it? That's hilarious. I am truly curious at the mindset behind ordering this.

Maybe it includes the boomerang as a bonus.

^ Haven't seen a picture of it, but that looks about right! I think people tick the Telephone Module and Bluetooth handset options because they think those are required to get Bluetooth connectivity to their own phones.

Wow, 28 orders and we still haven't seen a "Sooo, I ended up with a car phone" thread here yet. Maybe those 28 just aren't RLers, or else they're too embarrassed to admit what they ended up with.

Why does Porsche even offer that as an option?

Well it's obviously making them money!

(That said, neither of these options is available on the 991.2 or 718.)
