GT4 - PTS Mint Green with LWBs and PCCBs

This just in....
Still with the silly delivery wrapping. Will send more pics once it's out of the box.
And pls be gentle, this is clearly not a DD colour and from my understanding one of the least popular PTS colours - but the wife picked it and based on my experience the wife is ALWAYS right! 😋
it's gonna be my dedicated track car as I learn how go around a track until my next track car comes in in a couple of years. And did I mention it's manual! 😉

^The biggest mistake I made when I ordered my GT3 was the Keys in the exterior paint. Even being careful I had a bunch of chips in 6 months. I know it is inexpensive but it drove me crazy

Here's a pic of the 2 key blades on my keys I got from them:
the red is a perfect match to the red accents I have in the interior of the 991 turbo. The green one is pretty darn close to mint green GT4 - but again that was a PTS and tough to get perfect unless OEM supplier was supplying the blade.
Point is - keys blades get dropped and scratched - regardless if OEM. Going China just made me less concerned about babying a bunch of keys since the blades are way less than 1/3 the price. Also at resale- I just substitute back the boring black ones - not like anybody will want a pair of scratched up and beat up key blades - even if OEM.

Since we're talking about key covers; there's a glitch on Porsche's (canada) website stating the pricing advertised was for 2 sets of keys (ie 4 covers). So I took advantage of that misinformation (playing dumb to the parts dept of course)... And was basically given the second set "as advertised".
Just thought I'd pass it along

You want a PERFECT key that doesn't scratch easily and has perfect fitment - I'd stick with the boring black OEM one that comes standard on all recent P cars.

And, does scarcity in numbers and color add to excitement/desire in a car? Obviously - and especially if it's a GT4!
Questionable....LOL...
