Default What did you do to your GT4 today?

One of the most popular threads on the forums!

Most people know how it works : you don't have to post only what you did to your GT4 today, but recently. From a simple wash/wax,a maintenance service performed, new tires,a special milestone, track day to mods and that nice pic. Speaking of pics : always welcome! Videos too!

Post away!

Welllllll, what did I do to my car today... I BOUGHT ONE . Im the short one with the cheesy grin and a porsche hoodie on.. What a car. Amazing to drive... and that chin spoiler is going to be a very consumable part to be sure... scrapes on the driveway 😬, but hey, small price to pay for GT4 magnificence!

I'll start. Last week first oil change : about 1800 miles.

Today I've finished the break in period!

Thursday.....installed rennline pedals, height extension and width extension for gas pedal. Rennline jack-point tie downs. Clear LED markers. Today it's sitting in a shop waiting for me to pick up on Monday.

Same here. Finished break-in...finally. Did a little jig in my head when I saw 1999 miles. Made a couple of loud runs through the tunnel near my home to celebrate.

Went to a local cars and coffee here in Los Altos
Met some very cool people. Awesome, actually ..
The cars went bad either ...
Sadly I talked so much I never got to take any pictures
Will do next time though ...
Here is info if anyone is interested.
If your local to this area, I highly recommend it
The cars run the gamut from very old to,...well brand new
Will be making this a habit in the future..
Its every Sat from 9-11 ... but some come earlier
Some of the people here have cars and collections we all dream about !

The weather was fantastic here yesterday, so I got up early and went out for a drive. Into San Francisco from Oakland, across the Golden Gate Bridge, down to Muir beach, then up Highway 1 for 50 miles. Almost no traffic on any of it and the one or two cars I came across on 1 were kind enough to let me pass.

Came back down 1 the same way. Still mostly clear with a fantastic spin up from Muir Beach. Headed north on 101; stopped by Sonnen to pick up a model 918 for a Christmas present for one of the kids (and admire the Boxster Spyder; fantastic!), then across to Richmond and down to Sam's Log Cabin for a late breakfast with the family. Up Marin to Grizzly Peak, then did my usual Pinehurst / Skyline route home.

A great morning and the GT4s first real drive.

There was a victim of the drive:

Fewer questions - 'no, this is the same car.'
