Default Little buyers advice needed :)

Hi everyone,

Long time lurker but lover of all things from Stuttgart! Drove a 911 turbo on one of those fabbled car experience days and it was the best car on the day by a county mile! Been a fan ever since.

Onto modern day and I'm happy to say I'm an expecting parent whilst looking at larger cars for us the Cayenne has made itself known and with my love for the brand it's become a no brainer.

Ill be doing low miles per year so mpg doesn't bother me and servicing costs are what they are.

My dilemma is this -

9/10k budget and plenty fall into this category

should I be concerned by high miles as long as it has full service history ?

With the S models I've heard grumbles that the engine coating can break away and cause catastrophic failures is this true ?

if the above is true was it ever sorted/changed ?

thanks
