#3 is a 997, not a 991, and I don't think the space they're in has a cement end block...

As far as #5, at least the engine stayed dry!

You have a great eye! I took a second look at that taillight peeking out and you are definitely right with it being a 997. As far as if it is sitting on the parking bump that is a giant yes. You can see the gap between the chassis and wheels to see how high the car is teetering on the concrete obstruction.
