Purchasing a 911 as only car - cons?
Hi, I just moved to Los Angeles, and I don't have a car. I'm thinking about buying a Porsche 911- it would be the only car that I have.
What are the cons of doing so?
I currently drive a Vespa scooter, and I have been alright with not having a great amount of space.

Buy a Boxster between 90k to 110k miles with excellent records between $7k-$8k.
Best bang for the buck Porsche! The 911 is overrated in the family among Boxster , Cayman and 911's.
If you can spring $24k, get the cayman S , 2006-2008 with 60 k miles or less .
If I could do it again, I would keep my last Boxster and Aldo get the Cayman S.
Both of these handles way better than the 911 of the same model year.

Yeah, I would also like to know about anyone with anyone with a 964 C4 as their only car. I have been trolling these forums and dreaming about getting a Porsche for a while now. I live in NYC so no need for a car, but I'll be moving to Minneapolis soon, so looking to buy a C4 and potentially roll it year round. I know this is arguably taboo, but I want to buy something rough around the edges, yet reliable. Something to 'invest' money into and turn it into something great.
