Default Gundo hack

Has anybody had the Gundo hack done at a shop in the D.C. area? Who did it? How well was the work done? Cost?

Thanks.

I would probably say 2-3 labor hours plus materials. I personally opted for the bypass pipes, but I know those aren't for everyone (noise wise).

If you know anyone who welds stainless steel they can do it - SUPER EASY JOB. I had a friend do my gundo hack. if you're able, you can take the rear wheels off and remove the mufflers yourself - 5 nuts/bolts and they are easy as pie to remove. I ordered some 1-3/4 inch SS exhaust tubing, took it and the mufflers to my friend, told him what I wanted and *poof* it was done - he has a welder that welds stainless steel. I gave him $100 for his time and materials, put the mufflers back on the car and WOW!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
