Default CP: 991 Cup Data, what connectors?

Crosspost from the Cup forum:

Our team just received a 991 Cup car. I downloaded the Cosworth software and want to read the data from the car (I only used AiM until now, this is gonna be fun ...).

The cable that was delivered with the car is a Deutsch connector on one side, and an ethernet-style connector the other side. My computer does not have an ethernet connection. Will any usb-to-ethernet dongle work with this thing?

Anyone with first-hand experience with this?

Thanks!

USB to Ethernet dongle will work fine. Insert the dongle and let it install drivers, then connect the car. That DT connector is what I use to pull VBOX data from the Cosworth.
