Default Help with Harry's

I'm new to Harry's, had used Traqmate for years in my 944LS race car, but am now using HLT in my 981 boxster base. In general, I'm happy with the data as this is just for DE and fun at this point. Two things are bugging me:

1. Throttle PID. I have tried every configuration on the program and yet it I cannot get it to go to WOT on the display. And yes, with only a 2.7L, I can assure you my foot is to the floor in many places around the track. Anyone solve this problem?

2. I'm linking HLT to my OBD data using the KIWI3. HLT is now getting speed from my OBD instead of GPS. In most cases this would be great, but I am running 35 aspect tires instead of 40 and that causes the speed to read higher than actual. Is there a way to force HLT to use GPS when linked to OBD. Or is there a way to correct the reading in Harry's (multiplier)?

Video for attention and to see the issues.

Most folks wouldn't be disappointed to see a higher speed on the video than they are actually doing...

For the WOT issue your best bet is opening a ticket with Herald. He's a great guy and very responsive.

The OBD speed multiplier is under admin-settings-expert settings.

I've tried twice to make an account on Harry's website, but never get the email activation message for the account Guess I'll try again.

Great, I now see the speed multiplier, thanks!

Just email him. It's the standard info email address but he monitors it.

You are pulling lots of G's, what tires are you running?
I've never been to Barber but it looks like a lot of fun!

981 base boxster with X73 suspension. Tires are Bridgestone RE71Rs (255/35-18; 275/35-18).

I don't put a lot of faith in the G-meter from HLT.

Those seem to be the "hot" street tire to have.

I am using HLT as well on an Amazon Android BLU phone, and I have a RaceCapture coming from their Kickstarter campaign, so maybe I will be able to compare my g's on that and see how I am doing (or not doing...)

While it may not have the resolution of the better systems, you can get pretty decent g-data out of HLT but you need to make sure and calibrate it.

Could not agree more
For ANY solo driver having the AiM level of details in data is imperative.

@OP, look in HLT > Administration > your vehicle > Power Transmission. This section contains options for tire sizes, drive ratios, gear ratios.
