I'd bought 3 bottled of Race Rubber Remover (R3) - Great product!! - and the bottles started leaking from the bottom. Lost almost all the content. I thought I'd crushed one but they all did the same thing, in the same spot.

Emailed them, I get a response over the weekend, and an offer to send me 3 new bottles. Bottles arrive in a couple days with a bunch of other goodies thrown in.
