Default Where to buy 3M Hand Glaze p/n 05997

I've looked all over the net for the 3M hand glaze, part number 05997. The product has been discontinued. If your local auto body shop has a few bottles, please let me know. I would like to buy some. Thanks!

I used to love that stuff myself. So easy to apply and remove. Didn't last too long but looked good.

I tried to use my 3 or 4 year old bottle a month or so ago and I thought I was going to need a chisel to remove it. My point is, even if you find some, I probably wouldn't try and use it. It's going to be at least a couple of years old.

We'll just have to move on. (I've actually found something here that I like, but it is private label for a local detail supplier.)
Good luck.

If you're looking for 3M Imperial Hand Glaze (or machine glaze) try Tri-City Paint, http://www.tcpglobal.com/3m/3m450-4.aspx, that's where I got my last quart. Appears they still carry it.

Hope it helps.
