Default Porsche Engine Builder

Hello everyone,

It's been 3 years since my precious 930 has run. Due to a blown motor, I had to put her in hibernation. Now the time has come to wake her up.

I have all the engine parts needed to rebuild the motor. All I need now is a shop to make sure that all the moving parts are within spec and to put the bottom end together for me.

Does anyone know of a great Porsche engine builder in the Midwest?

Any help or recommendations is greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Daniel

Midwest Euro installed the LN bearing in my 996 almost 2 years ago, felt very comfortable with them

the shop is generally full of air cooled and race cars

He is in Homer Glen, not too far from Chicago.

Check out Kauth and Mayuer in Peroria...life time Rennlist member and was part of the original 25 members on the forum. Ask for Michael and tell him I sent you. He's a stand up guy and knows Porsche 930s better than most.
