We have an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist. You love the cars, you have the right background in sales / support, now bring it all together.
Job is physically located in our Santa Clara facility and is not a telecommute position.

Sales Support Specialist
Job Summary:
Join our sales and marketing team to provide first-level support for inbound sales calls, enter and process customer orders and shipping labels.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide first-level support and order entry for incoming sales calls, identify and hand off calls that require escalation, enter web orders, and prepare shipping labels.
You will greet customers visiting our facility and represent company at industry events.
- Telephone pre-sales support
- Telephone order entry
- Web order entry
- Process order payments
- Prepare shipping labels
- Escalate complex sales calls
- Contact customers to resolve order related issues
Minimum skills and experience required:
- Mature and professional telephone presence, conduct, appearance, and refined interpersonal skills
- Associates degree
- 5 or more years related work experience
- Desire to learn about suspensions and our product line
- Porsche enthusiast
Desirable but not required:
- University degree
- Porsche suspension expertise
- Motorsports experience
- Race team experience
Additional information:
Full Time Position
Location is our R&D facility in Santa Clara, CA. Near Hwy 101
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience
