I am trying to remove my glove box. The cd tray/holder/storage unit is broken. I can see two screws in the back after i took out the cup holders and i can see 2 holes underneath the unit but there aren't any screws or fasteners that i can see. Is there a way to remove this without taking out the glove box?? Thanks for any help.

Yes. Had to pull the trim pieces from the right side of the center console and that let me get at more screws so i could get the whole glove box out. Once i got the glove box out, i was able to get the CD holder out and fix it.

Do you remember what type of screw head holds the CD holder, ie torx, phillips, hex, etc. Do you think it possible to remove the CD Holder without removing the glovebox?
