Boxster Convertible Top

Any experts on replacement and repair out there. Just bought a 98 but the convertible top is missing parts - cables, gears, and the arms that connect them. Also need a new replacement black top. The motor works and the frame seems to fit well. I just need advice of the best way to get this thing working.
