I've been all over the internet on this but it appears to be an old issue and I'm having trouble finding the info. From what I understand, a base model can have the OBC activated but requires some wiring magic done. I need details, pics would be great too! This is for the wife, she only wants outside temp but I understand with the 2001 it is all or nothing.
