Z-Art has been talking about making tops since Zeintec went out of business. So far just a lot of mad people and very sketchy info about tops that never seem to get made. Caveat emptor!

The company name is MH i
Located n a village called Peize in the Netherlands!!!!!!
The company has its own website (MH)

The hardtop is for sale without all the accessories ( glass, fittings, rubbers, stop/brakelight), and without painting and putting the top on your boxster.
BUT, if you pay for it (of course), the company is willing to do the whole process mentioned above, so including painting and putting the top on your car.
The price all inclusive is much higher than the company hardtop. Due to inflation I guess the current price is comparable to the Zeintop price in year 2010
I choosed the last option.

Within a few days the top will be ready, so I will post more pictures for you!

I found this http://www.mhautomobielen.nl which roughly jives with the aforementioned but scant details.

Why is the procurement of a hardtop that has a cayman shape always akin to fencing stolen goods, buying drugs or conducting international espionage. Always fragments of information, shady characters, here-say evidence and no written proof. This should not be an exercise in faith. Either people make and sell a product or they don't. Generally people that make stuff choose to advertise it with a price so that customers can decide if they want to buy it. But that is not what this is either, we get a picture and a general statement and no price and no evidence that this is anything other than Zieneke resurfacing in another country or a wannabe scam artist with access to a few Porsches and a cell phone. In any case there is insufficient evidence here to move this episode to anything other than another Sasquatch siting to go with the many others.

Thanks all!

Now the boxster is ready, I made some better pictures

The costs of the hardtop is about 2500 Euro, excluding glass, rubber, locks, brakelight painting, placing the top. In fact these items are not necessary, if you want these things to do it yourself....

The "rough"top is in stock, but just a small numbers. I really dont know if he/the customer is willing to ship the top. Everything has its price of course.
On my request, the inside was painted black without carpeting. And it really looks awesome

If you have more questions, of course I wanna help you as good as I can

greetings John

john,

forgot to mention the wheels look great too, are those 19" off a 997 ? if so what are the sizes of the fronts and rears ?

guessing
fronts 19" x 8" and if so what size spacer are you using ?
rears 19" x 11" and if so what size spacer are you using ?

Clayton,

My wheels are lobsters, but I guess not originals, because 18 inch (19 inch were not recommended: no comfort and bad nfluence on bodywork)

225/40/18 and 265/35/18
