Center Brake Light - Clear Avail for an '01?
Can we swap out the center amber brake light for a clear one like the ones on the 05s and newer 987s? OEM or after market? TIA.

are you talking about the 3rd brake light or the centers of the tail lights?
if you mean the 3rd tail light, then I don't know
if you mean the tail lights then you can buy the clear top/red bottom like in the 03+ or you can get ones from the 550 edition that are the nearly all red with clear reverse section, I've got those and think they look great

Center brake light. I posted amber instead of red.... my mistake. I've already done the tail lights.
According to Sunset Porsche, the 05 Boxster's started with clear center brake lights. He couldn't tell me if they were interchangable.
