Default Water Leak Behind Driver's Seat

Title pretty much covers it. After driving my 1999 in the rain (a fairly rare occurance) there's a good bit of water in the carpet behind my seat. All drains I can find around the base of the top are open. The top is secure in place. Any ideas?
TIA
Cheers
Randy

Check to see if the black foam liner under the clam shell area has any rips or tears in it. It collects water and directs it to the drains. If it is torn or not setting in place correctly it can funnel a lot of water into the cabin.

Whatever it is get it taken care of NOW. That's the precusor to the alarm module underneath the driver seat getting soaked and fried.

$1.5k to fix.
