Post Clutch Shudder

I have a '97 Boxster purchased 2nd hand. Since I got the car, the clutch would grab suddenly and would not engage smoothly, it would also shudder significantly when you ease off slowly at low revs from standing (forward or reverse). Assuming that the previous owner had given it a hard time I had the clutch looked at and the conclusion was that hot spots on the fly wheel were the cause. Consequently the clutch and flywheel were replaced.

The replacement clutch has occassionally had a very slight shudder which is still present after 3000km. My concern is that the shudder is still there and that it seems to slowly be getting worse.
