Default Great Boxster drive day and new side Vents

Took the Boxster for a nice 2 hour cruise through the twisties today and also installed the 03+ Side vents, I just like the look better.

Is this is drop-in replacement. Any part numbers? Approx how much with painting? TIA!

Anyone got instructions for how to remove the side vents? I want to keep my pre-03's but I've been thinking about painting them.

Oh, and the front grilles too--if anyone has decent instructions how to remove those, that would be cool.

The part numbers are 986-504-562-03-G2X and 986-504-561-03-G2X and they come primed, they just need to be painted and installed, that’s it, no other parts, reuse the seal from the old part.
Sunset Porsche about 129.00 per side. I had a local body shop paint them.
They just drop right in.

I found this link, the vents were pretty easy to remove depite what the writer of this page says.

Thanks! Looks sharp. I think if I ever go to paint mine (rock chips) or to do the baffles, I will just put in the part numbers you listed. Considering the prep and paint on the old style, probably abouit a wash to just go with the newer ones you have which look better anyway.
