There's autocross there, Big Island of Hawaii Region. They had some site issues this year but should be fixed well way before you'd move, I hope. It's a very small region, though, both in terms of participation and site size. Your car might be a bit much, heh.

New access port won’t recognize my ECU so a tune away from running, but I’m traveling a lot at work so haven’t had a chance to haul car to somone who can help me out. This was always my concern with Cobb's AP. Once you link it to an ECU you can't use the AP on a different ECU nor a different AP with this ECU. Have you contacted Cobb and asked whether a dealer flash of the OE / stock calibration set will reset the ECU/AP lockout so you can use the new one?
