Can I codrive your car at nationals?
I was all set to drive my friend's car in STR. He tried to leave from DC today and his car is broken down. He can get a codrive from another DC region member, but I'm stuck with a flight and hotel but no car. Anyone have an open spot?

Glad you found a ride! Shame about Chris Lin's Spyder; after the insane times he laid down at VAC two weeks ago, I was looking forward to seeing what he could do at Lincoln.

Don't worry, he got 8th in STR last year in someone else's mx5. I'm sure he will do just fine this year in someone else's mx5.
Chris is a mech engineering classmate of mine from Duke. He first started in his brother's stock corolla, then drove a stock Barney Purple Metallic Honda Fit for awhile. People started letting him codrive early on because he was so fast. He codrove Feinberg's (RIP) CRX got awhile.
Rumor has it that the first time he drove a RWD car was on the rain at a tiny site with a tight course in a mustang GT. Apparently he beat the owner of the car so bad that the guy sold the car.

Since we both run low numbers, I've been directly next to Chris for at least the first session at three Pros. Dude is quiet, I don't think we've said more than two sentences to each other.
