Default Kids car seats for 997T

Hi - does anybody know if/where I can purchase kids car seats (a booster and a toddler seat) that will fit in a 997T? thank you.

Bought mine, a Century booster for the 993 about 15 years ago. Fits perfect. I went in the local store and they let me take a couple out to try for fit.

Target also has them, but maybe not in the right size and style.

I have two safe traffic vests that work very well and can be transferred car to car as long as your children meet weight and age requirements: Safe Traffic System Ride Safer Travel Vest Type 2, Grey, Small

This is what I use. Easy to assemble. Fits perfect. Easy to buckle up. Can't use the side attached cup holder. My 38 lb granddaughter fits perfect and doesn't complain. Under $50.

I also use this seat (x2). Remove the seat cushions and backs, install 2 of these, fits amazingly well. Got mine at walmart, about $40 each i think.

x3. this is the one i use and it fits the narrow seats very well. I didn't remove the seat back or bottom though. Sits right on it with no issues.

I did remove the seat bottom for my car seat i had. Diono Radian is the one I used. The only issue with it is that it's tall so the car seat hit the C pillar. I put a rag in between the C pillar and the seat just to make sure the metal seat belt loop didn't mess up the C pillar. It was difficult to find a carseat that really fit well because most of them come too far forward. The Radian was awesome and let my kids' legs hang down without their feet hitting the back of the drivers seat. I posted some pictures awhile back.

My younger one is 4 now so we don't need the carseat anymore. Haven't gotten to get around to selling it yet.

I've had the seat pads in. Will remove immediately based upon the above post.

Depending on the weight and size of the child, I see a problem in the above Harmony seats, that there is no built in H-strap harness. That, and having to remove the seat pad for them to fit, makes me wonder why not another seat. Also, I don't have to remove the parcel shelf, if that is what happened in the pic.

Perhaps I am missing something in the explanation.

These are booster seats. They are meant for kids who have outgrown harness equipped car seats. I bought them because (i) cheap, (ii) light, (iii) allowed me to remove the seat pad / back pad and associated weight, (iv) position my kids farther away from the front seat backs (more leg room, less seat scratches) and (v) have a more relaxed seating position. Safety was pretty far down on my list of priorities. The Harmony booster seats did earn the IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety) Best Bet rating, but in my opinion a properly secured harness equipped car seat is going to be far superior in the crash safety department.

Boosters are a lot smaller and easier to fit but i have a 1.5 and 3yo so I needed a harness. These are the two I use.

Britax feels a bit more sturdy and solid build, it's slightly larger than the evenflo and about double the cost.

Nice simple build. I don't have to remove the seats and backs for these but I did anyway just to get a little more legroom for them.

Thanks everyone. I went with the harmony booster for my 6yr old and the evenflo for my 3yr old.
