Running 255/30/19 and 325/30/19 on 997.1 Turbo?

so using Dodaleca's calculations:

F (19x8.5) : 245/35/19 = 25.752
R (19 x 12) : 315/30/19 = 26.441
F/R Ratio = 97.39%
Diameter to stock = 100.18% very close.....

Downside is there are no or extremely limited selection of street tires in 315 that I know of.
