Default Need help

this cap will not tighten it's the lid is too big ?
it goes on one thread and then loosen it's not crossed threaded.
Can I just buy the cap or do I need to replace the bottle as well?

Take a close look at the thread on both the lid and the tank. If there's damage or wear on either then that should give the direction you need on which to replace. Post some photos of you can.

When lids don't like to go on...
I turn them counter clockwise to get it to sit, then clockwise

What shadow said, that's the clutch resevoir, only needs to be snug.

I had the same thing happen. I think the pentosin in the reservoir softens the plastic cap over time. I ordered a replacement part # 993-423-817-00. It was about $15.

If your reservoir is overflowing then your clutch slave cylinder might be going.
