Default 997.1 TT HRE Wheel Fitment

I'm looking for a close to stock wheel fitment with HRE wheels. My TT is currently lowered 1" on GMG springs and stock TT wheels. I would like for the new set to fit more flush with the body panels. I would consider a little more width but want to stay with 19" diameter. Street tire availability is important and I'm partial to Michelins.

I'm considering the following HRE wheels: FF01, P40S, P101. Anyone have any experience with HRE's new FlowForm cast wheels?

Any recommendations for wheel specs (width, offset)?

Thanks.

Depends on whether you want to run 8.5 x 11 or 9 x12 wheels. 235/305 or 245/325.

No experience with flow form just don't go race tech forged

I have FF01's on my S7 and CL40's on my 997. There's a giant difference in quality. There's also a giant difference in price.

Im running 19x9 and 19x12 on the 997 and they are flush and fit great. No issues or complaints with either set, but the flow forms are much more of a street wheel.

What tire specs work with 9x19, 12x19 wheels?

The 997 TT fitment we have and recommend is a 19x8.5 ET50 front to be used with 235/35/19 tires with a 19x11 ET35 rear matched with 305/30/19 tires.

The P40S and the P101 that you mention are both Forged wheels which we can certainly make in any size and offset you desire, but they will be in another price bracket because they're forged.

Either way, if any of you have questions, I'm happy to help!

I'm out of town, but I'm running GT2 sizes. If memory serves me they are 245 front and 325 rear.

7GT2RS F is 245 with fender flare
7GT2 F is 235
The backspace on the above are different as well as CL vs 5L

I've been a 20+ year customer of Wheel Enhancement (local to me). You can take their advice to the bank. Call Dave with questions, and buy from them if it makes sense (their prices are very fair and their service can't be beat).

I've looked at your pics a number of times. I love your wheel setup but I want to stay close to stock specs and I don't want to take a chance on having to deal with tires rubbing. The P40S looks fantastic on 911's.

Thanks to all who posted specs.
