"Falling Rocks"...How About Falling Car Batteries???
Merging into traffic at the top of the freeway onramp. I hear a bang and the car left of me swerved...Than another bang and the sharp jolt. OH $H!T! What did I hit??? I look back and it appeared to be a large truck or marine battery. How the he!! does that happen?
With tire rubbing and plastic dragging I limped it home. Luckily, no leaks and wheels appear to be straight. Looks like I'm covering a deductible and out one turbo for a couple weeks.
....There outa be a law.

It really is amazing how these trucks get away with dropping crap on the roads and getting away with it. Im sure it fell off the back of someone's truck because they were too lazy to tie it down. It happens all the time here. Sorry about the damage. Hope your back on the road soon.
