Race Tech... why not call visa yourself and ask them WTF and then get back to this guy in Canada? Seems like you could have saved yourself a lot of issues with this posting. Just saying. JB

RTF is one of these guys who solicits basically constantly. I hate messing with paying customers but he's just awful.

Hmm... will be watching this with great interest. I just stated in another thread that I wasn't down to pay $8K for wheels, but through their constant advertising, I couldn't help be see RTF and their wheels are a bit more reasonably priced. The absolute last thing that any of us want is to think that we might end up getting a bad product and not being able to get our money back.

Not taking sides on this, but I do believe it is of interest to any potential customers. Hopefully the OP will let us know if/when this gets resolved in his favor.

Yup, this is what they do. No proof of anything here. I too can make up a receipt and type "payed" on it. Looks convincing though, but I promise they have refunded me NOTHING. I even sent Race Tech Forged PDFs of my credit card statements for that time frame proving they didn't post anything. Plus called visa to make sure I didn't miss something. Approving a refund is one thing, actually issuing it and posting the funds to my credit card or sending me a check is another thing altogether. Something Race Tech Forged refuses to do.

OP, this is terrible...you can get a CA attorney to file some complaints for you, and they will hire an investigator on your behalf to track these folks down. One can seriously escalate from there with land scorching approaches, specially if the complaints are legit.

Wow!! Narrow spokes, high strain area = hairline cracks. Poor design and/or manufacturing defect This could have been catastrophic.
