Arctic Silver was a standard color.

Here's a list that I found of options and costs for a 2007 turbo. Not sure how accurate it is.

Thumbs up Congratulations!

You will love it. I have an arctic silver/black '07 and I couldn't be happier. Mine has a Tip, but that's fine by me. Enjoy!!

23k miles. I prefer not to discuss the price.

Hey that car is brand new! Oh, you said 2007? Great find. Now go drive it then walk around it and drive it again. The grin will be petrified to your face. Drive a Prius and you will look normal for awhile until you see your car again. Better than botox.

That's very interesting. I always thought Arctic was just a standard color and GT was the only up charged silver.

Thanks. It's been home for about two weeks now and I love it! I especially like "External Package Painted" option that it has. All of the usual black bottom trims, front spoiler and all the grills slats are PAINTED IN THE SILVER BODY COLOR. This was a $2,740 option on this car.

"Air & Water" photo at the bottom.

Yes, even the motortrend article above shows it as an opt color, $690
I recall if being more.

This list shows the Arctic Silver metallic paint as being a standard (no extra charge) color in 2007. You need to make sure to switch the "trim" option box at the upper right corner of the page from Carrera coupe, to "Turbo Coupe"
to see the correct options for the turbo 997.

All I can tell you is when I sat there in the dealer and speccd my bespoke 997 turbo in Oct'06 it was an option, as was midnite which I paid for as well. Of course mine was one of the first US orders and built in March of '07, I'm sure things changed throughout the year.
Either way, you have a nice car!

Chris, Arctic is/was a standard color for the 997/1 turbo from the beginning.
Maybe you are confusing it with an other color that was an option?

Here is a page out of the US product info when the car was launched.

Also natural leather was available in brown and grey only.
Although natural grey looked very much the same as black. Both were/are more anthracite than anything else.
