Do you have access to better gas? This is still quite some knock retard going on.

Did you try to graph torque and power from the logs?

Excuse the messy graph I just learned how to chart in excel. A couple things to note:

X axis is RPM obviously, Y axis is engine load measured as a % of something? It's more or less a direct reference to torque from what I understand.

Variables include the 'rate' at which the power comes on and 'how soon' which should be ignored because I didn't always come on the throttle at the exact same moment but if read from 4K and up the results can be compared.

To make reading easier I made the stock runs in black/grey shades and the tuned runs colorful

IAT's were comparable with these runs ~33 deg

Basically the torque curve peaks higher around high 170 and tapers to a minimum 160 with the tune. Peak is around ~160 stock and tapers to 140 at roughly the same rate so I can't say it pulls harder AND longer with the tune, just harder throughout the run. The stock turbos probably can't sustain those loads for that long is my guess.

Unfortunately I do not have great gas here, shell V power is the best within 50 miles or so at 93 octane. I live in a fairly small town and we don't generally get the nicer things down here, esp when it comes to food. The good news is knock retard went down significantly with the tune, even with the higher boost and increased engine load.

Cool running 93 octane here in NJ. Max retard was in the 5 range. Just started logging. Good info.
