Why you shouldn't use just anyone for an alignment

Yep, Bill at Performance Alignment is the best around
I'll miss him when I move to TN.
That was the before shot after my alignment guy got it on his rack. My engine was out and they put in new wheel hubs/bearings front and rear. So, that's what caused it to be out of spec. What's sad is that the dealer already tried to align it once after they were done with the work.
To Chris' point (TT Surgeon), many dealers don't do it in house, and the folks who do it for them are not familiar or qualified to be doing our cars. I learned my lesson on my 993tt, that it's not just anybody who can align a Porsche.

I took mine initially to dealer in Cbus....what a joke. They had the car for about an hour...I asked for a printout. They didn't have one. I drove back home and steering wheel was still off center by an inch.
