It gives a breakdown of all the different levels and samples on the glass. I found some reviews online, looks like putting it on the windshield doesn't cause distortions. I think maybe I'd do cr 70 around the sides and 90 on the windshield. Unless 70 really is clear like the dealer is telling me.

But based on this picture the 90 I think is pretty much closer to clear.
