Default 305's on 12" rims

I found a set of HRE CL40's that I'm having refinished Carrara White (before anyone wigs out, they were satin black originally) to do the CL swap on my '07.

Before I decide on tires, does anyone have any pictures of 305 MPSS on 12" rims? I know they technically "fit" but I'm not a fan of the stretched look.

Thanks!

I have 315 sport cups on 12" and they look stretched. I think they are border line acceptable.
I don't 305's will look good at all on a 12" wheel.

19's? Here is Brandon_ 305/30/19 PSS on a 12" Have to remember the PSS run pretty large so it's possible to run a 305 if you want. Stock GT3 RS is 305/30/19 on a 12" Are you trying to stay with a 25 series?

I'm just trying to decide if I want to use the stock tire sizes on GT3 RS size rims (19 x 9 and 12) Or do I go to 245/35 and 325/30's. I hate the stretched look

Some 305 tires will look ok in a 12" wheel but it is not recommended by most tire manufacturers

Talk to Damon at tire rack.

I have stock tires both fr and rr. Bridgestone RE50 n1
GT3 RS wheels 8.5 and 12.

Soon to be replaced by 235/30r20x8.5 and 305/25r20x12 losing around 17kg (38.5 lbs) of unsprung weight in the process.

A N0/N1 Porsche approved 305 on a 12" is a perfect fit.

Yeah, I am too. It's worth the extra money to me to protect the rims from damage.
