I would imagine they have to use the cat bypasses to keep the EGT down to a reasonable level. Is the 800NM a fairy tale?

They don't usually lie but ?

Having driven a PDK Carrera S and experienced the "thumping" first to second gear change it makes me wonder how on earth the turbo PDK box is going to stay in one piece with a full bore 800NM first to second....

I am puzzled why they are using the cat replacement pipes ? Surely there will be a 100 cell cat version....

Hello,

I have been a newbie here though I was registered at some other Porsche forums.. I am thinking about putting an order for 997.2 TT PDK and going to chip tune it.

Are you sre that this mod of Cargrahic if for 997.2 TT? it is named as for 3.6L and its 997.1 TT...

Arthur.....

Thanks for pointing this out... Looking at it again I think you are correct and I am wrong, this is just another offering for the 997tt.1 but with decat pipes - sorry for the confusion, I will change the title....

I have read all your posts about reliability of new TT DFI engine and I am concerned about that... On the other thread you pointed that Turbo S have other internals - may be its better to opt for it?

I am really dissapointed about possible unreliability of TT DFI engine... I was headed to opt for Stage 2 tuning at about 560-580 hp...
