Okay lads - back on topic.
The only way i can think this will work for my desire.
My desire is to maximize utilization of the square footprint of the trailer (40 footer, 32 floor).
I also plan to install a pit cart against the back wall that buffers the floor and the gooseneck area. Anyways, the pit cart against that wall, and i need to be able to ingress and egress easily. I also need to be able to fit a GT3 or whatever comfortably.
In order to maximize utilization and minimize footprint - i'm looking into using a XY linear axis table platform that the equipment would sit on. Therefore i can move within X parameters of the trailer floor print without having anything on the floor physically obstructing on a permanent base if i need to move the pit cart in and out or other equipment. Yes a bit more $ but hey, it's just $.
Looking at the floor print of the balancer that was being offered to me, i believe that wont work, therefore looking at another balancer that's more compact.

E, sounds cool and very utilitarian. Reading your last post, 40' trailer with a lot of big heavy stuff toward the front, do you need to worry about tongue weight? Are you planning on using a air bagged dualie for a pull vehicle?

Okay here is some "update" however maybe moving soon therefore this project will come to a halt.
First, pictures of trailer new. Not a fan where the winch was placed. I wanted access to generator box from inside, i automated the side door, created partition for 2 sleeping area's on the goose-neck deck. Added LED's and 110 plugs in area's that trailer did not come w/ standard. Added a ladder to access goseneck area easy, a fridge, 4800 starting watts / 4,000 running watts, super quiet generators. Ordered a floor mounted box for winch to place on floor flush w/ rest of floor. Labeled the switches w/ Porsche font. Ah and lastly you can see a quick sketch of the area i have to work w/ for pit cart that will go against the gooseneck wall, and the deck were my extra set of wheels will go that will be hydraulic operated and rest between partition and fridge. (B) label on picture. Also adding e-track on the floor which should arrive this week. Also going to add a switch between shore / gen vs pulling out cord and connecting to shore every-time, i can toggle. I'm lazy.

I can import to Japan duty free if i get some sort of permit but only valid for 1 year. Maybe i'll do that then transfer when living ? However , i need to get my Japanese DL as USA license is not valid if i'm living in Japan.
As for the roads, yes they're great. I was on some roads last October w/ R34 skyline of a friend- we had a blast. I won't get excited until the wife finds out more details if i can obtain a DL. My fear is the DL exam is ONLY in Japanese then i'm hosed.
